  • The buyer always pays the return freight of the product, regardless of whether the product has been collected from the delivery point or not.

  1. Sales

We sell our products to private individuals as well as companies and organizations.

2.1 To consumers

When selling to private individuals, we apply the Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts.

We only enter into agreements with adults aged 18 years.

  1. Placing an order

Orders can be made via the web shop: www.vridaofsweden.com

Orders made in another person’s name without their consent, or a person who orders for a company that is not authorized to do so, will be reported to the police by us if we suffer financial or other damage.

When an order has been placed, this also means that the customer has a payment responsibility towards Vrida AB.

  1. The prices

The prices listed in this webshop at the time of the order are the one that apply.  All prices are including VAT (Value added Tax). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

The total price for the product and the shipping fees will be clearly shown on the checkout page as soon as you have chosen your country of destination before confirming the order.

We reserve the right to make typographical errors and technical problems in connection with price indications and reserve the right to cancel and adjust the invoice amount in the case of obviously incorrect orders and completed purchases on our website. Naturally, we do not give away products for free or sell them at obviously incorrect prices.

The prices are in EUR.

  1. Shipments and delivery

We only deliver to the following countries: Denmark (not Greenland or the Faroe islands), Finland and Germany.

We use DHL Parcel and their partners for deliveries. Delivery time are between 2 – 10 days and the delivery time are depending on country, if there is a longer delivery time, it is stated on the product page.

If DHL can’t deliver to the customer’s delivery point, we reserve the right to change shipping options together with the customer. We also reserve the right to cancel the order if there is no reasonable delivery option available to the customers.

5.1 Damaged shipment

Vrida AB is responsible if the shipment is damaged or lost during transportation to the customer. If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately and to refuse the acceptance of the shipment. Always contact us on info@vrida.se if you get a damaged delivery. Our customer service representative will then contact you of how to proceed with the complaint.

5.2 Shipping costs & undelivered package

Shipping cost are stated on the checkout page depending on model and country its delivered to. We apply unit shipping, which means that you pay the same cost no matter how much or little you order.

Our shipping partner will make at least two attempts at delivery before sending the parcel as a return to us. In most cases the shipment will be delivered and stored at a service point for up to seven days to allow the customer to pick up the parcel. In this case you will be notified by the applicable shipping company. However, if the carrier was unable to deliver the package to the recipient and the parcel is returned to us, Vrida AB has the right to charge you with the amount of 50 EUR for the return and handling costs.

5.3 Unredeemed shipment

If a shipment is not redeemed and returned to Vrida AB, we will charge the customer EUR 50 (incl. VAT) to cover our shipping costs.

  1. Payments

6.1 Payment terms for company customers via invoice

Payment terms for company customers are 30 days when the invoice is issued directly by Vrida AB.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee (EUR 10) and penalty interest (10%) will be charged, if payment is still not received, the case will be sent to debt collection.

6.2 Payment terms for private individuals

We offer a number of different payment options via Worldline and do not charge an extra fee for choosing these. Card payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your payment card will be debited directly.

To purchase products from us on this website and form a contract, you must comply to the following:

Be at least 18 years of age

Use a valid credit/debit card that is acceptable to our bank partner or an alternative accepted payment method.

Provide a shipping address that is not a PO-box or Poste restante.

Register using your real name, phone number, e-mail address and payment details

We cannot accept your order if your payment is not accepted by our payment partner (Worldline) or if we are unable to deliver for reasons we can’t control – for example if a product has been discontinued or DHL doesn’t deliver to your address / delivery point.

6.3 Ownership reservation

The goods remain the property of Vrida AB until they have been paid in full.

  1. Right of withdrawal

7.1 for private individuals

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines regarding the right of withdrawal for private individuals. This means:

  • The buyer has 14 days right of withdrawal from the time the goods have been received.
  • The buyer can cancel even if the product has not been collected from the delivery point, however, Vrida AB must always be notified that the right of withdrawal will be used.
  • The buyer always pays the return freight of the product, regardless of whether the product has been collected from the delivery point or not. The buyer is responsible for the product until it reaches Vrida AB, i.e. also during transportation. The goods must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after we have received notification that the right of withdrawal is to be used.
  • The buyer has the right to examine the product. However, in order to receive a full refund of the price of the product, it must be in what is known as a substantially unaltered condition when it is returned. In the event that the product has been handled more than can be considered necessary to find out its characteristics or functionality, the buyer will be required to pay the reduction in value of the product.
  • We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods and have approved the return as stated above, Vrida AB will then refund what the buyer has paid (but not shipping costs for the return) immediately. We will use the same means of payment as you have used in the ordering process to issue your refund.
  • The refund must always be made no later than 14 days after the buyer has notified the buyer that the right of withdrawal will be exercised. In the event that the goods have not been received by us within this time, we reserve the right to request a proof (shipment receipt) that the goods have been returned to us, or alternatively withhold the refund until the goods have been received by us (if we have not received a proof/shipment receipt that the goods have been sent to us).

7.2 for companies

We don’t accept withdrawal from businesses.

  1. How to return a product

If you want to return your product, you must first contact us via email info@vrida.se to obtain a return number that must be written down and included in the package you are returning. In the email from us you will also receive instructions on how to return your product.

– Please note that you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return.

– For the transportation of a return, you are fully responsible for any damage or loss. We therefore strongly recommend the use of a trackable and insured shipping service.

– You are offered to return the product via our trackable shipping service at a cost of 50 EUR for all lengths up to 1.5 meters and 100 EUR for all 2 meters models this amount will be deducted when the refund is made. If you choose our shipping service for your return we will send you a return label to your email address for you to print.

8.1 Instructions for packing a return

It is important that you follow these steps to avoid damage and deductions for any loss of value in return shipping.

– Tie the metal suspension with the sliding loop to the support block (as delivered) so that it can’t run free and damage the arm during transportation.

– Wrap the Vrida in the paper it came with (or any other protecting wrapping) around the Vrida arm so that it is not damaged during return shipping.

– Write down the return number you received from us and put it in the box you received on delivery.

– Pack it in the same box you received it in upon delivery or other protecting box and make sure to tape the box well so that it does not go up and get damaged during transportation.

  1. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if Insufficient information was provided for us to deliver the goods or false information was provided by you in the ordering process.

  1. Guarantee and warranty

All Vrida AB products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

The warranty doesn’t cover:

Damage caused by normal wear and tear that does not affect the normal use of the Vrida extension arm including scratches, misuse or accidents occurring after you have received the product.

Damage caused by negligence, failure to follow operating instructions, incorrect installation or connection to the wrong voltage.

  1. Right of complaint

We follow the Consumer Purchase Act, which gives you the right to complain about defects you discover in the product during the first three years after purchase. It is important that you complain within two months of discovering the defect. If you wait longer, you may lose your right to claim from us.

If you discover a defect in a product, you have the right to demand that the defect be corrected. For example, we can repair the product or give you a new product.

Is it not possible to either repair the product or give you a new one? Then you may be entitled to a price reduction corresponding to the defect. It may also be possible to cancel the purchase. Canceling the purchase means that we take back the product and you get your money back.

You are responsible for using the product correctly. We are not responsible for faults that you have caused on the product. For example, if you have used it in a way it is not designed for or if you have been careless. You must also follow the care instructions provided.

  1. How Vrida AB handles your personal data

The personal data that you provide to Vrida AB is treated with the utmost respect. We treat it with care and only use it for the intended purpose when we are handling orders, during shipments and deliveries and for secure payments. We always respect our customers’ wishes regarding the handling of their personal data as far as possible and applicable law allows.
When you make a purchase with us, you agree that we handle your information in order to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer. We never resell your information and only share it with the partners we use to fulfill our commitment to you, e.g. payment provider. Payments are made through Worldline, which has a strong focus on security. Your data may also be used by the carriers we use where their access and rights to use the data are limited to fulfilling our commitment to you.

You always have the right to know which of your personal data we process, to have it corrected or deleted. To obtain this, please contact us by email to info@vrida.se.

We use our customer data to send relevant information to you as a customer. This may include information on how to maintain your products and relevant offers in newsletters.

As a customer, you always have the right to withdraw your consent for us to send newsletters. The exception is communication required to fulfill our commitment to you as a customer, such as delivery notifications, invoices and similar information directly linked to your purchase.

To withdraw your consent to send you newsletters, you can click on Unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. If you no longer want to receive any communication from us other than that required to fulfill our commitment to you, you can also contact us at info@vrida.se.

Vrida AB uses Tidio, a chat platform that connects users with customer support for Vrida AB. We collect email addresses / names / phone numbers only with users’ consent to start the chat. Messages and data provided are stored in the Tidio program. More information can be found in Tidio’s privacy policy.

Vrida AB does not use these messages or data except to follow up on the user’s registered problems or requests. Your personal data is processed and transferred in accordance with the GDPR.

At vridaofsweden.se we use so-called secure pages (SSL) where the information is sent via encrypted transmission. In most browsers, there are symbols next to the address bar that show whether you are on a secure or insecure website. You can also see that the website you are visiting starts with https:// instead of http:// which is a non-secure website.

We reserve the right to make errors, product changes, price adjustments and color deviations and that the product may be out of stock. We do not guarantee that the images reproduce the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
